I just want to thank you for making the installation progress very smoothly. The boys did a very good job. I am very happy with the result. They came on time. 5-6 people. 2 electricians + 4 solar panel installers. Tidy and neat job. No roof tile was broken. The whole process only took 2 hours. All paper works are done correctly. Very competent and pro people.

I will definitely recommend you guys to any friends or relatives that are going into the solar path.

They were the only people who physically came out to measure and gave an honest appraisal. Was looking at a 3kw system but location would mean efficiency would be as good as a 1.5 in a better location (only enough for 8 panels on that side).

I found the overall experience in dealing with the Mark Group very easy to do, they were prompt in their applying for the in feed meter and within a few days they returned to install the panels…

I would recommend The Mark Group to anyone who wishes to install solar power. The Mark Group did everything they promised. Within 2 days after the contract was signed, the paperwork was forwarded to Intergral Energy for authority to connect to the grid. The 3kw system was installed within 2 weeks, and the new solar meter installed and connected to the grid 2 days after the system install. I couldn’t be happier. The system hasn’t missed a beat. The team cleaned up after the install was completed, and were polite, thorough, tidy, and professional in their work.

I was lucky that my initial interview and quotation from Mark Group was actually on the morning of the day the State Govt. terminated the 60c/kWh rebate. The salesman heard the news on the car radio, called to let me know, and returned to my house in the afternoon to have me sign the contract in time to qualify. After an unpleasant experience previously with another high sales-pressure company, it was a pleasure to deal with this group.

I was so happy with what I was being offered and the service that I had received that I referred over 6 more people who have since all got solar PV installed by Mark Group. Mark Group was able to offer quality system and was also able to install the system and commission the system to grid in a much shorter timeframe (approx 4weeks). Others said it will take few months.
