Once an enquiry is made regarding your ceiling insulation our fully trained customer service team will facilitate and arrange a FREE measure and quote appointment with one of our qualified estimators.

Step 2

If your property meets the essential specifications a FREE measure and quote will be carried out on your home and will compose an exact specification of the requirements as well as answer any further questions that you may have. Our guarantee to you is to expect that:

• Our estimators will arrive promptly at your designated time. If they're running late, or early, they will contact you.
• All our estimators are in Mark Group uniform and carry personal identification
• An accurate measure of the square meterage of the ceiling will be taken as well as an assessment of the installation requirements.
• A detailed quote will be provided to you and if the quote meets your reqirments our estimators will be able to guide you on your options.
• At this point, and once our quote is accepted, the estimator will contact our call centre and arrange for your installation date.

3. Our installers carry all insulation materials in their vans. We don't believe in crowding your front lawns with materials delivered the night before.
4. Once a proper site Risk Assessment is conducted on your property, we will ensure that we work as quickly and efficiently as possible, without comprising on quality, so that you can continue on with your day.
5. We will ensure that we will leave your place as clean as it was when we first arrived.
6. The total job should take 1 - 1.5 hours to complete, depending on size and access.
7. As we pride ourselves on our workmanship, we ensure that our work is subject to rigorous quality control checks.
