Currently we are seeking an experienced, well presented receptionist to join the team at our head office. As the face of the business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the team. You will have excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism to confidently deal with both clients and colleagues at all levels.
Some of your other main responsibilities will include:
-
- Answering and re-directing all incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office
- Maintaining suitable stock for all office, stationery and kitchen supplies
- Organise travel arrangements for Senior Management
- General secretarial, clerical and administrative duties.
- Organising couriers deliveries and sorting and distributing mail
- Organising all internal and external meetings and events.
To be successful in this role you must have:

- At least 1-2 years experience in a busy reception area
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic and friendly personality
- Ability to manage, plan and uphold office procedures
- Ability to use own initiative and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to multi-task and manage different priorities
- Drive to be a good team player, providing administrative support to a number of team members

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Customer Service team. We are looking for someone who is willing to take responsibility and become a key member of the team
Reporting into the Operations Manager you will be responsible for receiving and processing all internal sales paperwork, and ensuring it is accurate before sending it through to our Solar Design team.
Some of your other key responsibilities will include:

• Contacting and liaising with our Sales Team to ensure paperwork is complete and accurate
• Receiving and processing internal sales paperwork into our internal systems.
• Managing internal departments and relationships to ensure a 'win-win' outcome.
• Update and maintain records of contacts, accounts and orders on our internal CRM on a daily basis.
• Email correspondence and ad hoc administration duties will also be required.
You will work within a small but growing team and will be provided with all the training and support you need to succeed.
To be successful in this role you must have:

• Have at least 5 years experience in administration or customer service support. .
• Advance MS Office and computer skills
• Ability to cope with high volumes of work, varying workloads and interruptions.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• A self starter with a high drive to succeed.
• Advanced negotiation skills and analytical thinking.
• Experience in the solar industry would be an advantage.

We are currently looking for an experienced electrician to join our expert installation team.
As one of our electricians you will work as part of one of our Melbourne Solar installation teams undertaking site installations of residential, industrial and commercial solar panel systems and complementary energy efficiency products.
To be successful in this role you will:

• Be an experienced and qualified electrician in Victoria
• Be CEC accredited for design & installation
• Hold a current and valid driver’s licence
• Have excellent trouble shooting skills and attention to detail
• Be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Have a strong customer and safety focus
• Be a team player with strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Currently our CEC Electricians are earning in excess of $100,000 a year.
The salary package also includes a tool of trade vehicle, company phone, super and overtime/piece rates.
